Documents:
1. Covering Letter, requesting for renewal (Mention name, address and phone number of the owner)
2. form VII filled
3. No change declaration.
4. RC (Attested copy)
5. Calibration Certificate (Attested Copy)
6. DD ( fees)
If license expired, late fees to be paid in the DD.
DD in favour of Jt. Chief Controller of Explosives.
Any exemption or decision will be given by officer, who grants/renews the licence. So, meet the granting officer and solve your problem if any.
