Documents required for PESO license renewal for Form XIV or Form XV (petrol pump station, petroleum storage)

The following documents shall be submitted to the office of the jurisdiction for renewal of petrol pump station, consumer pump, storage of Class A, class B and Class C petroleum products, or other chemicals.

NEW/ONLINE METHOD:

1. Create your login on PESO.GOV.IN site. 
2. it is self guiding to fill the application form and paying scrutiny fees.
3. if required, you can submit subsequent application.

OLD/OFFLINE METHOD: 

Covering letter requesting for renewal, stating the documents submitting.
2. Form IX, the format of application to PESO as given in Petroleum Rules, 2002.
3. License fees in the form of DD ( in favour  of Joint Chief Controller of Explosives, payable at corresponding office city)
4. Original license and its attached/approved drawing.
5. Legal possession of the land (declaration/undertaking) on the authorised letter head, or attested copy of land ownership registration documents, duly signed by the competent person, date and seal.
6. Any other material as supporting document/evidence asked by the concerned officer.

Carry the identity card. If the licensee is not able to present in PESO office in person, an authorisation letter with specimen signatures of the person and licensee, identity proof to be carried to the office.

List of documents required for form XI license (Tank Lorry) renewal



1. Form VII ( application for grant/renewal of tank lorry)
2. Fees in form of DD ( Payable at corresponding joint chief controller of explosives)
3. Original License (form XI) and approved drawing
4. No Change Certificate (Self certified by the owner of the vehicle)
5. Attested copy of RC (Carry original RC for spot verification at PESO office)
6. Covering letter, requesting the renewal, stating the documents attached.
7. Original/Attested copy of calibration certificate.

apply in the PESO office, which jurisdiction applies to you, by post or by hand.

license renewal certification shall be granted in 3 weeks after the documents were found in order, by speed post/ by hand to the applicant.

Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization is a central government regulatory authority, works under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion. Formerly it was known as Department of Explosives.
